Welcome to the BC Interior Chapter of the Canadian Public Sector Quality Association (CPSQA).  We invite you to view our site and envision the possibilities of how together we can support each other in the pursuit of success in establishing quality in the public sector.

In a dynamic era of environmental consciousness, sustainability and challenging economic times, Quality becomes not only a priority but necessity.  With increasing demands and expectations along with the operating challenges established in part by the changing demographics of the workforce combined with declining access to resources and continually advancing technology, establishing & maintaining Quality becomes more than a goal, it becomes an obligation.

The BC Interior Chapter was established to provide a much needed resource for those on the quality journey, to support the work they are doing with tools, knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities.  Whether at the beginning of your journey or well under way the benefits available to you from the CPSQA will help increase the value of the work you are doing.

This chapter is new and will inevitably evolve over time but we need to hear from you so we can understand your needs and ultimately provide an effective quality resource.  As a member or as a contributor to the CPSQA, you can help us to establish a valued presence to benefit others and become instrumental in shaping the way we do business in the public sector.  Our quality future begins now.
