This new CPSQA Chapter is based in Kingston and has been established to coordinate quality excellence networking, designed to bring together those like-minded individuals interested in improving their public sector workplaces. CPSQA seeks to do so by introducing quality excellence principles with tools that will allow those public sector personnel to improve their workplaces in a sustainable manner. The Chapter will bring together those from Kingston and the surrounding area. 

Chapter Chair: Vic Pakalnis.

Vic is the past Chair of CPSQA and currently is Professor, Kinross Professorship in Mining & Sustainability in the Department of Mining Engineering at Queen's University. He has a long history of support for public sector quality with 30 years service in the Ontario Public Service. In addition to being Chapter Chair, Vic also is a Chapter Director on the National Board of CPSQA.
