National Capital Region (NCR) Chapter, Ottawa & Gatineau

Currently, the City of Ottawa is hosting many of the NCR Chapter meetings and the Association is most grateful for this support.

2010-04-15: Join us for a Special Member’s Event where we will combine a Panel Discussion " IT-Enabled Service Excellence" with a light lunch, a discussion on the exciting future of CPSQA, and culminating with the election of CPSQA’s National Board of Directors and National Capital Region Chapter Executive.

For the Panel Discussion " IT-Enabled Service Excellence", moderated by Michael Hart, the panel members will explore some of the approaches they’ve taken to use IT to improve service delivery, as well as some successes and pitfalls along the way. Everyone will have the opportunity to ask the panel members questions, and benefit from the interaction between panel members as they expand on the subject.
